ATHLETICS INVESTMENT
EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY
Athletic Events $150/hour
Includes Digital Gallery of 50-100 photos/hour with full usage rights. 72-hour turnaround.
EVENT VIDEOGRAPHY
$150/hour which includes a digital portfolio of all footage taken; ($150/hour; $50 per edit if you would like your footage made into an edited reel) 72-hour turnaround.
Athlete Independent Photo Session
***PHOTOSHOOT*** SESSIONS are $250/athlete 45min.-1hour shoot and include approx. 30 images. We tailor your shoot to your aesthetic and vision with the use of special lighting, props, unique posing/action options... ***Videography add-on during session $100-includes 90 second edit.
Athlete Small Group Session
***PHOTOSHOOT***
(3-5 athletes, up to 1.5hour shoot)
$725 approx. 15 images per athlete sent to registered email as a digital gallery with the option to purchase additional prints and enlargements.

***Videography add-on during session $100-includes 90 second edit.
Athlete Recruitment Video Package
$150/hour for videography to capture the athlete's skillset at Sporting Event. Each Event will come with an edit and access to all clips taken. $50 per additional.
For a series of events-The edits will be compiled into a final video with a slate of the athlete to be used for recruiting purposes. In addition, the athlete will receive all video footage that was taken of them in each session for their personal use. *$50 dollar travel fee for locations more than 10miles outside of the 92065 zip code.
Athlete's action poses are at their own risk and ACE CREW MEDIA, LLC is not liable for injury that may occur should an athlete choose to perform in a way that could result in injury.

ACE Crew Media will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of an athlete’s choice to perform or engage in physical activities during the shoot. Athletes are solely responsible for assessing their own abilities and limitations and for ensuring their personal safety throughout the session.
By participating, athletes confirm they have read and understood this disclaimer and assume full responsibility for their actions during the photoshoot or video shoot.
